They are so cute!

The end of October, we fed them for 2 days. We went up to water them, but the next day, 4 of these kits had died. The rest of them have big bellies, so we're giving them Sulmet.

The NYS Fair is almost 2 weeks long, & the rabbits stay the duration. The show is usually held on Saturday & Sunday, but since Hurricane Irene was expected on Sunday, all the rabbits were judged on Saturday, & cavies were judged on Sunday.

Mary’s American chin Jr Buck (#F2LI3) won Best of Breed!

FR Tender Trap (FSB7) won Best of Variety for Lilac MiniRex.

All the rabbits were sold by the end of the show, so no pictures were taken.

Seven! Wow!!

11/2, Marcea Coffer purchased the lilac buck for her granddaughter’s birthday. Her Granddaughter’s name is Reese, so the buck is named “Reese’s Bunny”.

On 8/22/11, Sam’s Choice Scaramunda had 3 of FR Benjamin’s kits. Two of FR Bitzi’s kits were fostered to Scaramunda.

Hopefully she’ll take care of them this time, since I have no one to foster them to.

Fostered 2 of these to Sam’s Choice Scaramunda, she kindled a couple days later.

Since there was only 1 left, it was fostered overnight. The next day there was another kit in her cage, so she was given a nestbox with her 2 kits. Both of them died. :(

This was her first litter, so catastrophy is somewhat expected.

She wasn't taking care of them, & 2 died. So they were fostered the remaining 2 to CRR Oregon Traveler (a pedigreed American Chin).
