Attention All Comment Takers:

ORBA will be hosting a special raffle for all writers. There will be a sign-up sheet at each judging table. Please sign in, with the times that you write.

Everyone writing for one hour for our judges will be eligible for the drawing in our special raffle.

When taking comments please remember to note the following items.
1. Judge name and number
2. Placement of that animal and number of rabbits in the class
3. Specials: Best of variety, Best of Group, Best Opposite Sex and Best of Breed

SHOW RULES
**NO DOGS ALLOWED ON PREMISES unless for handicap assistance**
1. Day of Show entry, for both shows: $3.00 for 9 or less, $2.50 for 10 or more.
2. Entry Deadline 8am on day of show.
3. Show Entry Sheets and Comment Cards for both shows must be filled out by the Exhibitor.
4. Please make checks payable to the Okie Rabbit Breeders Association (ORBA)
5. Stopped payment or non-sufficient fund checks will constitute an unwelcome entry for any future Okie Rabbit Breeders shows. A $20.00 Fee will be added to any non-sufficient fund check.
6. Each class will be called three times and then closed
7. Youth Exhibitors must handle youth rabbits, those handled by adults will be disqualified.
8. The Okie Rabbit Breeders Club will not be responsible for loss in case of fire, theft, accident, or providential destruction. However every precaution will be taken to prevent the same.
9. ENTRY FORMS ARE TO BE FILLED OUT COMPLETELY. If in doubt Please contact the secretary

SOME THINGS TO REMEMBER
An entry form should be filled out in the order breed is shown
Sr. Bucks, Sr. Does, Int. Bucks, Int. Does, Jr Bucks, Jr Does.
All breeds and colors should be listed together
10. All entry forms must carry a telephone number at which we can reach you, should there be a question about your entry
11. All rabbits must be permanently and legibly earmarked.
12. The Okie Rabbit Breeders Club reserves the right to substitute other judges in case those selected are unable to serve. The Okie Rabbit Breeders also reserves the right to hire additional judges should the need arise
13. Judging will begin promptly at 8:30 AM. Rabbits must be in the showroom
by 8:00 AM
14. There will be a registrar available in the afternoon.
15. There must be 10 or more in the breed to receive specials and to be sanctioned next year.
16. Each exhibitor is required to see that their rabbit gets to the table
17. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE THE SHOW ROOM AS YOU FOUND IT. ALL TRASH IN THE TRASH CANS.
