Entry Deadline: November 18, 2006

Mo. State Convention will not accept any day of show entries. Substitutions will be allowed pursuant to ARBA Rules. No comment cards will be used. All subs must be done by Friday evening December 1, 2006 by 8:00 PM.

Open only: Cavies, Checkered Giants, Angoras, Flemish Giant, Std. Chin, Cinnamon, Thriantas & Jersey Wooly

Open/Youth: Dutch, New Zealand, Netherland Dwarf, Polish, Satin, Tan, Californian, Champagne, Florida White, Havana, Holland Lop, French & English Lops, Mini Lop, Mini Rex, Mini Satin, Rex, Silvers & Palominos

Specialty Shows: Mo. Havanas, Show Me Holland Lops, Californian Specialty, Cave State Satin, Missouri Dutch, Missouri Netherland Dwarf, Show Me Cavy, Angora, Mini Rex, Flemish, Mo Mini Lop and Mo. New Zealand.

The Missouri State Fairgrounds will be open until 9:00 PM Friday night, December 1, 2006 and will reopen at 6:00AM Saturday December 2, 2006. The barn will close promptly at 5:00 PM Saturday Night.

The Missouri State Youth Club will have a concession stand at the rabbit barn.

The presentation of the 2006 awards and open membership meeting will be held Saturday evening. Information regarding time and location will be posted in the showroom.

You will only have coops if you mark on your entry for coops. Please keep in mind that if you are only there for the Saturday show that you will not need to coop your rabbits.

Open & Youth

1. Entry Fees: $4.00 Open & Youth $2.00 Fur
2. Entry Deadline: November 18, 2006
3. Please make checks payable to Mo. State Rabbit Producers Assoc., Inc. Stopped payment or non-sufficient funds checks will constitute an unwelcome entry for any future Show.) A $20.00 FEE will be added to any non-sufficient fund check.

4. This show will be governed by the latest revised rules of the ARBA. Filing of an entry indicates your acceptance of these rules and those listed below.

5. Substitutions will only be allowed in the same sex, Class, variety, group and breed.

6. Youth exhibitors must handle youth rabbits. Youth rabbits handled by adults will be will be disqualified from the show.

7. MSRPA will not be responsible for loss in case of fire, theft, accident, or providential destruction. However, every precaution will be taken to prevent the same.

8. No ear numbers are needed but appreciated. NO E-MAIL entries will be accepted.

9. All entries forms must carry a phone number at which we can reach you should there be a question about your entry.

10. All rabbits and cavies must be permanently earmarked.

11. MSRPA reserves the right to substitute other judges in case those selected are unable to serve. MSRPA also reserves the right to hire additional judges should the need arise.

12. Judging will begin promptly at 8:00 AM Saturday December 2, 2006. Rabbits must be in the showroom by 7:30 AM. Rabbits will be released after the judging of Best in Show.

13. There will be a registrar available.

14. There must be 10 or more in the breed to receive specials.

15. Each exhibitor is required to see that their animals get to the tables.

16. ONLY ANIMALS ENTERED IN THE SHOW ARE PERMITTED IN THE
SHOWROOM. NO SALES AREA IN FRONT OF BUILDING.

17. NO E-mail entries will be accepted.

18. Entries will be returned without appropriate fees accompanying entry.

19. Changes must be made by 8:00PM, Friday December 1, 2006. No Changes on Saturday.

The MO State Convention Show will only coop rabbits by exhibitors who request coops. Please mark on your entry for cooping. Please keep in mind exhibitors who will be staying for the specialty shows on Sunday or from great distances.
